Equal Employment Advisory Council – Formed by the firm in 1976, EEAC is a non-profit trade association focused exclusively on equal employment opportunity and affirmative action compliance, and which currently counts among its members more than 300 of the largest employers in the United States.  Through their work for EEAC, the firm’s attorneys and non-attorney professionals regularly monitor, analyze, and report on significant developments affecting corporate human resources compliance programs, and they maintain close working relationships with key government officials responsible for the development, interpretation, and enforcement of federal labor and employment law policy.

Employment Advisory Services, Inc. – EASI is a human resources compliance and risk management consulting practice formed by the firm in 1990 to better meet the needs of corporate human resources compliance professionals.  EASI specializes in providing its clients with practical, cost-effective, and client-specific solutions primarily in the areas of affirmative action program (AAP) development, OFCCP compliance evaluation support, and systemic compensation and employment practices analysis.
